There are a lot of really good people that work here

Cons

The company is not very good at appreciating very good people This company is owned by an investment company. There only goal is to cut the cost of doing business, and resell the company at a profit in a few years. Unfortunately, the number one cost to a company are the people who work there. Pomeroy has been very busy doing their part to make the investment company be successful
