      There are no pros to provide.

      Cons

      Pomeroy is an IT outsourcing company that outsources its own services and labor. The jobs they "currently" cannot outsource to the Philippines have very low salaries. There are no benefits offered above those required by law. You will not receive any raises, except a 1-2% increase every two or three years if you're lucky. Managers and above should not be trusted at all. There are no actual "leaders" at Pomeroy as anyone with actual talent leaves or gets pushed out. Pomeroy is a small company that is trying desperately to act like a large, world-renowned company with none of the small business charm, and all of the corporate scum of a large business.

      Pros

      It started off great, and went downhill quickly. Cut employee match for 401K, cut bonus structure. Had unlimited PTO, but based on business need - so you don't really get as much time off as you used to.

      Cons

      Some managers don't listen, don't help, don't train. Expect you to get things done yesterday with very little communication. Too many middle managers - hard to follow the chain of command, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
