      Pros

      It started off great, and went downhill quickly. Cut employee match for 401K, cut bonus structure. Had unlimited PTO, but based on business need - so you don't really get as much time off as you used to.

      Cons

      Some managers don't listen, don't help, don't train. Expect you to get things done yesterday with very little communication. Too many middle managers - hard to follow the chain of command, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

      Pros

      Pay was made on time but only every two weeks most contracting companies pay weekly.

      Cons

      Like all contracting companies they are vampires sucking the normal pay out of your take home check each week. No 401k, no sick leave, or vacation time. No communication. The only time they will take notice of you is when your contract goes away and they no longer can make a buck off of you. So don't expect a visit or taken to lunch any time soon.
