The worst thing about working there was the smell. It was stuffy and smelled like the bad breath of a hundred call center employees. The cavernous work area was dimly lit by the glow of a row of windows a hundred feet up and 3 monitors per worker. Overtime was mandatory almost every day. There was always an "outage" which was the term used to describe a lack of adequate staff to meet impossible SLA's.

The pay. They expect you to take on extra duties without any incentive. Raises come very rare and small percentage. Every other year or so. They limit you to what you can learn on the job as far as access to certain things and have a group for everything. No sense of loyalty for years of service to the company. They will get rid of you the sense that they can find someone a lot cheaper to do the work for you.
