-Another factor leading to employee burnout are the 24x7x365 staffing requirements of most accounts. While there is a shared desk for the night/weekend folks, this has had its own issues. Expect to be hassled about working weekends and holidays. Also expect to be required to get to work on time during winter storms. Also expect your schedule to change and to be told to take it or leave it.
