Pros

Ok pay. Training i received was very good, and i have been taught almost everything.

Cons

Not very good hours, asked for a change and it didnt happen. Working 8+ shifts with no break. Closing team is understaffed There is a bug problem, i have seen at least 2 cockroaches. Not enough help at peak times. Management cant make labor and sends people we need home. The stock room is gross, there is mold. New equipment is needed, if given productivity would increase.

Pros

Good pay, that was really it.

Cons

Horrid management, dangles a carrot in front of your face about getting full time hours. Never expect full time from them they will not give it to you.

Pros

Dailypay is a nice benefit The free food is usually good Easy to call out

Cons

Management is very hit or miss, some managers even yelling at employees in front of guests. Had to be on top of management in order to receive my legally alotted breaks Constantly scheduled alone outside during late nights, sometimes a security guard would come out for a few minutes. Rude customers are enabled as different managers enforce policy at their leisure You have to repeatedly communicate with management to keep your schedule in a way that works for you Pay is barely over minimum wage in my area with no signs of a raise for intense work Constantly out of equipment such as order tablets, headsets, walkies, and this is placed on the employees to "figure it out" You will not have a moment of peace, some may think that's a perk but it can be very stressful Inconsistent hours and a poor benefits qualification system mean I will likely never qualify for benefits.
