Changing my opinion of PBS from positive to negative

Freedom to choose your cases. You are control of your own schedule.

Cons

I had written a positive review about PBS in the past, however my opinions have changed after the recent change to the employee system and some corporate decisions. I think the change to the employee system was very rushed and disorganized. Now it has become a corporation that is struggling to find middle ground and neglects other regions that are not Florida-based. I would love to see PBS regain its reputation by making more wise decisions in the future.

We do know that changing from an Independent Contractor to an Employee business model was a big change for everyone in the organization!
