This is by far the best company I've ever worked for. From the product itself to the employee makeup, to culture and values, Postscript is setting the tone for all other startups and remote companies.

Cons

Benefits could use some improvements, but I'm still pretty pleased with them.

Proven product-market fit & very passionate customers (perfect 5.0 Shopify app store review average) in an extremely fast-growing space, SMS ecommerce marketing. Emphasis from leadership on building a great remote-first org: lots of investment into well built-out recruiting & onboarding functions; above-average comp/benefits to attract/retain top talent; real effort put into building connections via virtual company events & communications; healthy culture set from the top down balancing ambition/hard work with internal support/community

Cons

I find it exciting working at a hyper-growth startup, and an all-remote (even post-Covid) company fits my lifestyle well. But either/both of these things may not be for everyone - e.g. if you like a bit more of a steady pace or thrive on in-person social interactions.

Nicest most genuine co-fos who have built a first-in-class product and team. A great remote environment with amazing benefits, good compensation, awesome management, sweet perks, and a stipend.
