Way too big of a company to do anything, have to be in the “popular group” to fit in

Pros

The campus was cool, gym on site and recreation stuff.

Cons

Let’s just say, this company has over 800 people on campus, if you don’t know the “big dogs” don’t plan on moving up. Or if you want to change a position, don’t count on it, they won’t get back with you. You have to be a partier and go out and drink in order to get in with this company. The owner only cares about his $$$ he laid off way too many people for covid, because he saw he was losing money fast, just sad, even the good employees that didn’t deserve it. But kept all the cheerleaders I bet. Oh yeah, did I mention they hire cheerleaders, and watch out they will rehearse in the gym bathroom. Also, WAYYYY too many “processes” as they call it. Drink the juice as they say..

Amazing Company with even more amazing opportunities

Pros

Professional management and staff. Leadership gives clear direction on the companies future. Great goal alignment between departments. Promotions are based on performance not just length of service. Ability to make an impact and be part of change. Really dynamic fast paced workplace. Lives its values. Extremely innovative culture. Invests in training and works to build a culture of teamwork. A lot of company functions (beach family day, 1/2 day off for meeting quarterly goals, baseball games, happy hours, sport leagues, holiday functions, etc..... A company that really cares about its employees and is growing tremendously. Results are rewarded through compensation and recognition.

Cons

Extremely fast paced. Expectations are extremely high. Sometimes too high. Is always looking to improve but can be too eager at times.
