Pros

It has a great culture. Everyone is enthusiastic about being there and getting work done. There are a large contingent of millennials employed there. It is also a very nice space to work in. The owners have invested a lot of time and money in their employees.

Cons

It's a very fast-paced environment. If you can't keep up the pace you might struggle a little here.

Pros

This is a company that truly reflects all of it's core values: integrity, accountability, innovation, growth and teamwork. This company is above average and expects above average performance. There is nothing mediocre here. I love that they are always pushing you to learn more, do better and improve yourself everyday. This company also compensates their employees very well compared to most in the area.

Cons

I have no issues with Power Design. Coming from California, issues like parking and construction are to be expected anywhere.
