Power Design reviews

For the first time in my life, I actually enjoy coming to work! My boss is respectful, motivating, and an incredible example of a leader. I appreciate that the company offers many different paths for promotion and growth. I've learned so much about the industry we're in and every day is different! No one hounds you if you're running late, we all have a sense of trust and our managers know that life happens sometimes and that we're all human! I'm thrilled to say that I really enjoy working for this incredible company!

PDI is a very welcoming atmosphere, very professional. Working with PDI comes with a lot of perks. Excited to see what the future holds for PDI. Interview process consisted of a phone interview, with the purpose of the discussing PDI and the role you would be applying for. Followed by 2 in person interviews with a campus tour that really leaves a great impression on new hires. Recruiting coordinators were very responsive and always kept me informed. The Campus Security position required a few additional task to be completed before offer. Overall process took around a month.
