Terrible company culture

Pros

Nice office, free breakfast on Mondays, pizza on Fridays, full kitchen. Free snacks are on hand at all time.

Cons

Any sense of self is forbidden. Having a personality is a terminable offense. Do not talk. Keep your head down and your mouth shut. Don't even dream of taking a lunch (eat the trail mix and Clif bars they provide!). They like to pretend they are this tight company, but they have extremely high turnover on account of their intolerance for diversity.
