Pros

- Excellent compensation and benefits - Best company culture I have ever worked for (currently 32 years old) - Senior Management is comprised of genuinely good people that care about employees as human beings first and foremost. - Tremendous upward mobility and room for career advancement - Customer service reps are authentic and their love for helping others comes across on every phone call or interaction - Staff is made up of genuine, friendly, caring, hardworking team players. No gossip or petty BS that seems prevalent at most companies - Managing Director 'gets it'. Doesn't just talk the talk, but puts words into action and strives to make PowerPak the best company to work for - Management is excellent at presenting employees with every opportunity to succeed in their role and supporting them in doing so; giving constructive feedback AND asking for feedback in return (anonymously on regular basis) - They actually practice the core values they promote in their mission statement - I have never seen the Managing Director or any other senior level individuals speak to their co-workers or employees in any way other than respectful, kind and consistent. None of the "I am having a hard time at home and am going to take it out on my staff" stuff. They do what they say and say what they do. - The excitement of a startup (thanks to the massive growth occurring) with the stability of a company that's been around for nearly three decades. -If it's possible to practice humility as a company, PowerPak does it. When I interviewed they did not mention several incredible benefits they offer (such as catered breakfast and lunch every day!). Those perks are there, but they made sure to hire me for the right reasons. - No toxic people or managers. People lift each other up, support each other and treat one another with respect. Bottom Line: if you are a hard worker you couldn't ask for a better company.

Cons

I have yet to find one (and I'm a natural pessimist, so that's saying something). The only downside would be, if you are looking for a place to 'hide', collect a paycheck and pass the time, PowerPak is NOT for you. Every role's performance is measured by actionable and easily understood key performance indicators (KPIs), so there is no flying under the radar while doing sub-par work day after day.

Pros

I cannot think one one

Cons

The interview process is typical of any other company. Which leads you to believe this might be a great place to work. It’s family run by a religious organization which makes up 80% of employees. A survey is given to give feedback and of course, when it’s family run, how can it not be stellar?! They promote this to make you think it’s a “great place to work.”Don’t socialize. Don’t take lunch. Have zero sense of self. Hard pass to everyone thinking of working here, you’ll only waste your time, you’ll never advance unless your part of their religious organization.

Pros

One of the main reason I joined Powerpak, is because the mindset of the management team. What good for one is good for all. If you have an issue or challenge, it's addressed without bias.

Cons

Nobody is perfect, and we all make mistakes. However, that being said, if there is a mistake made, it's fixed and we all move on. So, no cons to report.....
