Not the worst, but not the best

Pros

Clean office, snacks/coffee provided, pizza Fridays

Cons

If you're looking to be treated as an equal on your team, this is not the place. If you like to be in an environment that I consider high-school with strict scheduled timezones, this is the place for you. It's very micromanaged and if you're late for any timezone without notifying your "team leader" then they will message you ASAP to find out if you can move onto the next timezone. If you want to keep blinders on all day, zero personality and not being able to socialize and get to know your co-workers while productively working then find something else. If you feel overloaded with work, don't bother asking for help, they will suggest you come in early, stay late or finish at home. Also, you only get 30 min for lunch and no other breaks. You work a 9 hr workday with 30 min lunch. The overtime they suggest you take to finish tasks, they don't compensate you for it.

Pros

PowerPak consistently earns a "Great Place to Work" certification due to transparent leadership and shared goals. I appreciate the leadership team's ability to address challenging conversations. One of the standout aspects of working at PowerPak is the management's commitment to transparency. The open communication channels allow us to tackle difficult topics head-on, leading to more effective problem-solving and a stronger, more cohesive team. The leadership team keeps everyone informed about the company's goals, challenges, and successes. The constructive feedback culture here is invaluable. Instead of merely pointing out areas for improvement, it's delivered in a way that encourages growth. This approach fosters a positive environment where personal development is actively supported. In summary, PowerPak's commitment to transparency, constructive feedback, and navigating tough conversations creates an environment where employees can thrive. I'm proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

We are reliable, agile, accountable, transparent, and caring. If you don't embody the majority of those attributes, this company may not be a good fit.

Great company to work for!

Pros

Powerpak is a great company to work for and I can honestly say that I love it here! The culture is like no other company I’ve ever worked at. It’s such a great feeling going in to work every day knowing that you will feel a sense of accomplishment when your work day is over. The company has grown substantially in the past couple of years. Management is great, you can always voice your opinion and it will be heard. If you like to work hard in a fast paced environment and be challenged this is the right place for you.

Cons

I don’t have any cons to share, one think I would say is that this company is driven by a KPI system so if you’re organized you will do very well here.
