Pros

The work is basic, and not terribly challenging, but the stress is real.

Cons

Being a family owned company, nepotism is rampant and blatantly on display with no regard for employees who work diligently, often going above and beyond what their job title entails. Whenever there is an issue, and there are several, Upper Management will invest most, if not all of their time trying to determine who they can blame at the bottom rungs of the ladder, because there could never be any of the true company "leaders".

Believe the negative reviews

Pros

The customers are great and the best part of working here.

Cons

I did not want to believe the negative reviews, but after working here for a year it’s true. 80% plus of the office/sales/marketing staff belong to the same church, you can only be born into. It is incredibly hard to fit in with the team if you are different. They talk down to you and belittle you. They lack basic communication. Leaders admit to removing negative surveys, and seem to get rid of “worldly” teammates if they challenge their word or ways of doing things. Very high turnover if you are not from the church. Their idea of working hard is long hours versus working smarter. There are little to no growth opportunities if you are not male and from the church. Deception and misinformation are very common. Feedback is only given a few times a year, versus continuous and often. You are frequently blindsided while working here.
