Great flexibility and people, but constant layoffs and low pay

Pros

Remote friendly, great work flexibility. Great people you will work with in most cases. Fantastic place to get a start in any role and then jump to a better situation.

Cons

Massive layoffs year after year no matter the profit level. Depending on team/project you'll be doing the job of 2/3 people. Low pay in most cases, and heavy offshoring. The most CLevel people Ive ever seen in a company that I dont know exist until they randomly join a town hall.
