LNA- Work here if you love doing 10 jobs in 1 and being dead exhausted 24/7.!!!
Pros
•The patients and residents. They're the only reason i ever return to work. •Some of the nurses who were lna's prior to being a nurse are very helpful and friendly.
Cons
•management walks all over anyone but other management. •anyone higher than you doesnt EVER want to help but will gladly watch you struggle and boss you around all day. •very understaffed •very rude, lazy, sassy, bossy, overdramatic coworkers. •your job is threatened everytime you have to call out or come in late. •very high turnover rate because nobody likes such a heavy workload. (1 aide to 15 or more patients at once) •breaks dont ever get to be taken if theres only two aides on a floor because one aide cant be left alone. (This always happens) •Management doesnt know how to appreciate and acknowledge their employees so they lose everyone and anyone whos any good. •they could care less about you and your family. If theyre higher up then you then theyre the only important ones. •I COULD GO ON FOREVER. JUST NEVER WORK HERE. WORST COMPANY EVER. ESPECIALLY IN DOVER, NH.!!!
