Pros
I started out pretty high, but you end up doing 3 different jobs...
Cons
Always short staffed. corporate wanted to cut labor cost leaving one PM dishwasher and you get stuck doing the other dishwashers job flow.... CONSTANT call outs. Average of two PER DAY....no exageration at all. ( worked one saturday where there were 6...not one dishwasher showed up the entire day) Terrible work ethic of entry level kitchen staff. Executive chefs not as knowledgeable about food as you would expect.
