Pros
Benefits are very good. Pay is a little better than other local long term care facilities. Per deim pool receives even better pay.
Cons
Treatment of staff is based on the prejudicial treatment of management. Those who are willing to work extra shifts get the best treatment, assignments and special favors. Those whose views and opinions not in agreement with management,and they voice those opinions, are subject tothe worst assignments and are short staffed.
