Pros

Great opportunities to form friendships and bonds with coworkers and more importantly the residents. Giving the residents a sense of contentment and a source of happiness during their stay.

Cons

Salary should be more appropriate for the amount of work that is done in Dietary. More often than not it is nonstop compared to the nursing pace.

Training is minimal, life work balance is tipped to more work, everyone is for themselves team environment is non existent. The main focus is money and not residents
