The best reasons to work here are the residents. Love my fellow nurses as well. They make my day, everyday.

Cons

Administration. She has no clinical experience and only sees dollar signs. Our facility could be 5 star as long as wiser decisions are made on staffing and environmental issues.

Salaries are terrible, they cut and cut at the expense of safe staff to pt ratios, the food is terrible, Hager just reconfigured regions in order to fire more staff and save more $

no 401K contribution, terrible health benefits, taking more and more from the employees, dangerously short staffed everyday, as soon as I have my BSN I am leaving. tuition reimbursement is laughable 3,000/year Education does not exist in this company and it never did! they do not value the employee do not be fooled
