      Pros

      The facility is cleaner than most long-term/rehab facilities in Las Vegas. I had the opportunity to work with some great nurses and CNAs.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, management doesn't know how to keep the great nurses and CNAs. Staff is constantly being churned over as many people leave shortly after they have been hired (Less than a year). Constantly under staffed!

      worked at the Claremont in Longview, Texas as a CNA, the staff never reprimanded employees for missing work without calling in and would blame off duty workers for falls or injuries to clients that happened when you where not even there. ALWAYS understaffed.
