      Pros

      I like the hours, the travel time was good and working with some of the people made the day somewhat enjoyable.

      Cons

      I knew the first day I was there that it wasn't a pleasant place to work but I lasted 9 months. No work/life balance and if you never worked before in healthcare it isn't a job to do.

      Pros

      Good benefit package, flexible hours, excellent support system, great IT department, facility in a beautiful area, upper management very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      pay is low for the direct care staff, housekeeping, kitchen staff. Multiple required online test and educational courses that can be difficult for staff that have limited exposure to computer skills and/or communication difficulties.
