      Pros

      Offered paid time off for years of employment is great. SNF I was assigned to was smaller and offered flexibility in schedule. They also offer reimbursement for advanced education in your profession and continued education courses.

      Cons

      This company does not really advance you in pay for the years of service I had been there (7 years). If they are employee/ managerial complaints it is really not kept confidential and when looking for HR support it sometimes can take days to get an answer- they are however friendly.
