Nice coworkers, beautiful facility, great food.

Cons

Staffing ratios are unsafe. Not worth losing your Nursing license for. Brought problems tip management, was told to "leave if you don't like it."

Good clinical specialist support, decent salary, enjoyed my team and our contract SNF/LTC team was awesome

Cons

Productivity and numbers focused, can be difficult to please multiple parties as we were contract rehab so had to please put employer and our facility
