They have a high regard for clinical competency. They have some people in the company that really care. trying to be better

Cons

Not very appreciative. Long days and hours with no thank you. No recognition for things done well. Bonuses cut, health benefits very high and lower payer compared to competitors. You give 150% they want 200. Communication from the top is very poor. Poor in between departments as well.

Changes with documentation, no benefits of holidays off, does not train employees well enough at start of working

Cares about employees, great coworkers to work with, Ceu payoff up to $500, work weekends as needed, can take off as u need as well
