There are a lot of call outs. Team members arrive on shift late. Facility needs updating; disturbingly loud bath fans, toilets that clog easily and overflow regularly. Sometimes need to search from room to room for gloves and waste bags. Residents' clothing goes missing frequently.

Poor pay unless you have been there for 10+ years 1% raises every couple years Hours are promised and then cut Drama and gossip filled Desperate for help/staff does not stay long Dated and poorly cleaned Not all nurses know what they are doing or will lie Sexually abusive patients to both other patients and staff Unit manager on long term has no idea what she is doing or even who the patients are Breaks are usually skipped due to lack of workers and then management will yell at you even though you couldn't leave the floor Management only hires friends for admin positions No patient or employee confidentiality Failed the state survey multiple times Corporate is a complete mess Employees get away with temper tantrums Management does a poor job of communicating with staff Awful parking Management will lie to cover their own back Checks are not always correct
