      Pros

      Other staff members (PTs and OTs) were great to work with. Pay is competitive. Hours were pretty flexible and work stays at work.

      Cons

      Thanksgiving and Christmas were only holidays off. Sometimes patients were referred just for money purposes and not because they truly needed skilled speech services.

      Support from higher management makes it easier to do your job and do it correctly. Being able to work together with various departments efficiently

      The medical/insurance benefits are too expensive and unaffordable. More people need to be help accountable for actions/decisions in the workplace.

      Great coworkers,12hr shifts, 3days/week, close to home, patient care.

      Cons

      Raises of 1.5% are insulting for the amount of work, exorbitant healthcare costs/copays, no match for 401k, no tuition reimbursement, no incentives whatsoever! Resident complaints of poor food quality disregarded. Insufficient supplies. No recognition for nurses' week. Poor staffing.
