Flexible scheduling, for the most part

Cons

Benefits are terrible. They are expensive and don't cover anything. Raises are 2% per year. One year raises were $0.25. Insulting. They can move you to other buildings without your consent. They also give you 2 weeks vacation per year, but never have enough staff to cover it, so good luck actually taking a vacation. .

Flexible schedule, great continuing education courses, and good PTO.

Cons

Hard to schedule PTO when you want to take it due to hard to find coverage. Not a lot of extra time in the day to finish notes or read emails unless you clock out first so it doesn't affect your productivity time. High insurance costs.
