Cons

worked at the Claremont in Longview, Texas as a CNA, the staff never reprimanded employees for missing work without calling in and would blame off duty workers for falls or injuries to clients that happened when you where not even there. ALWAYS understaffed.

The therapists are dedicated to helping their clients improve their function and overall quality of life. Decent equipment to complete your work. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

The company is way to focused on productivity and getting all clients into an ultra high for therapy. They need to allow the therapists to be the professionals they are and let the skilled therapist make the judgement as to what rehab level and schedule is appropriate.

Many opportunities for nursing employee education such as IV training, wound assessment and treatment, nursing assessment etc. Provides nursing staff with easily accessible free continuing education credits online.

Cons

Do more with less, less pay, less staff, less material. The expectation is to be a worker bee, no consideration for the human in each of its workers.
