Pros

I like that the same systems and processes are practiced in all facilities throughout the company. For example, I can go to another facility within the company and be able to use the same scheduling system and PI process that was used at the previous facility.

Cons

The confusion that comes with education when rolling out new systems and processes can be overwhelming at times. There are a ton of webinars and conference calls that do not hold the attention of the intended audience due to information overload.

Pros

Good way to get started in heath care and gain experience. Also you make many friends because it is a social job. The job is changing and moving around so you dont get bored easily.

Cons

Mangement lacks the care for employees. Pay is low for the work. Always fast moving and busy. Management cannot find replacements so youre basically stuck working extra hard while they complain about how well youre working and under paying you.

There were not too many cons since I worked for the Company 20 years. Education benefit was decreased, decreased hours
