      Pros

      Most employees work together as a team at all levels of the organization. Compassionate and quality care is delivered 99% of the time.

      Cons

      Limited resources due to cost constraints, but that is indicative of the industry, medical reimbursement rates need to go up in Mass. Workload expectations of employees at all levels is high.

      It's been years since I've enjoyed my job...really enjoyed my job. I have to say I am completely loving my job...It's the best career move I've ever made :)

      Cons

      I would say facility employee morale, at the moment it's a bit low - but we are working hard to increase that every day!
