I've been for two years so it's a job for right now.

Cons

Salary is not competive, holidays were cut from six down to two.. Poor managment . No praise for job well done. NO mamager just 'Lead Vent Tech" Verylow moral. High turnover.

No one watching what you are doing. You are on your own all day without any real supervision.

Cons

You may be at work for 10 hours, but because it is all patient based - you clock in and out after going from center to center. You will not be paid for the total day. Not really following Labor standards.
