They make sure you're properly trained and that you get adequate break time. Staff seem to genuinely care about each other. They offer flexible schedules. Staff seem to have a genuine care for the residents. Facility is clean and maintained well.

Cons

Nurse to patient ratios can be higher at times depending on staffing levels.
