Overall, staff is hardworking and caring (under challenging conditions)

Cons

Poor management. Lack of staff training and orientation, seem to fire employees on a whim. The facility often smells bad.

No leadership.....supervisor sucked no backbone..will fire you in a heartbeat...all about the money...love it when you are off or sick save the company money....people they need to let go they keep...the ones they keep need to be let go....NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE OR GET RID OF MANAGEMENT
