      Pros

      Pretty good pay with room for raises. Taking time off is great as my DOR is very good with scheduling and advocating for us all when needed.

      Cons

      No holiday pay. Next year they will be removing the only 2 Holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving) we get. We will then be required to take the day off if we want it off.

      Pros

      Free branded chapstick. Good CEU opportunities.

      Cons

      Forced group/concurrent therapies. No raises. Therapists are very underappreciated and at times abused. Difficult to get approved PTO. Offers 6.25 hrs (rather than 8) for a sick or vacation day off.
