have a good mission statement and good values statement

Cons

not enough computers to get your work done, there standard is 1 computer per 3 therapist, ridiculous, slow computer uploads and network. upper management want to rule with iron fist and reprimand for low productivity instead of seeing where the problem is and coming up with solutions.

Good experience typical Healthcare politics best to keep out of it. Sometimes short staffed as is the norm in MA. Great benefits aflac for short term A+

Cons

Hard to get time off. Lots of favoritism. .constantly changing management.

The staff at my facility work very well together. Everyone has each others back and are always trying to help each other out. Management seems available to assist me when needed.

I have heard cons in other depts such as staffing for nurses, none directly related to my job
