      Pros

      I was lucky enough to work a Mon-Fri schedule, POS documentation on iPads.

      Cons

      Very very unethical DOR & regional managers they would tell their therapist to lie about mins received and they knew lots of therapist were not even seeing patients to help them meet their RUG levels. PTO is never approved and they don’t care about their employees only minutes.

      Good co-workers, close to home.

      Cons

      They are so focused on productivity it is ridiculous! They minimize how much vacation you can take at a time especially between memorial day and labor day. I feel the company has lost the compassion for the patient and only care about the money. No raises so ask for a high pay when you start.

      Opportunities to obtain CEU credits, competitive salary, multiple locations/nationwide presence

      Unrealistic expectations for new clinicians, inappropriate therapy minutes scheduled with no regard to clinician input, expectations to provide services when unwarranted, limited to no communication within therapy department in order to provide comprehensive patient care, benefits are mediocre, extreme difficulty or inability to use accrued PTO , internal job search simply lists "multiple locations" making job search/transfers extremely difficult.
