      Pros

      Flexible hours, great continuing education, matched up to 6% for 401k, several buildings to get hours if needed, travel options

      Cons

      1. Health insurance is not good, but at this time what health insurance is... 2. Vacation is accrued. When you take vacation weekly it has a maximum not depending on average hours worked (ex: normally work 40+ hours weekly they only give you 35 hours week) and they have a maximum accrual, depending on years experience 3. Doesn't offer vacation pay out

      Close to home easy to travel to.

      Cons

      No Benefits, poor working conditions under staff regularly on purpose to save money. Would rate this place as the worst place in Maine to work.

      I really can not point out a good reason to work here.

      The Management team lacks basic understanding of what they are managing and how to accomplish a project. The company as a whole lacks loyalty to their employees.
