Definitely will get Overtime if you need it. Some friendly staff. Can't think of anything else that's good bout it.

Cons

-Short Staffed (CNA Wise) -Shortage of linen/Personal care supplies -Filthy -Careless LPN/RN staffed -Sucks -did I mention short staffed? As in 5 Aides for 60+ Residents.

- Several Paid Holidays - Generous sick time - Coworkers

Cons

- High turnover - Lack of staff appreciation - Pay freeze, no bonuses/raises - Little to no opportunity for career advancement, growth - IT/corporate are not always familiar with what Powerback is and mistake it for long term care - High stress for little pay - 24/7 facility means office staff may work weekends, and it is frowned upon if a staff member actually takes a holiday off - Constant family/patient complaints related to care and experience

A paycheck and short drive.

Recently took 2 holidays away, now we only get 6 paid holidays which is substandard compared to other industries/facilities. They took our personal days from 2 to. You can not use your sick time unless you "call in sick". Can not use sick time for doctors appointment or for immediate family medical situation. No respect and do not care for their employees. No raises for 2017. Health insurance is not affordable for family coverage. Always cutting hours due to census.
