Pros

The people are great, everyone is friendly. The hours are pretty flexible. Extremely stable environment with many people sticking around forever.

Cons

No growth opportunity and unless you reach the top levels of management the pay is fairly low. They do not provide skills that will help you grow or find jobs in other fields.

Pros

Very laid-back atmosphere. It is the leader in its domain so revenue is not a problem. People are generally nice.

Cons

People tend to stay very long with the company. The opportunity for advancement is rare.

Pros

You will work with a tight community of people that looks out for each other. They have different sports and events to participate in. Plenty of vacation days as well.

Cons

Since it is a non-profit organization, you will not be rolling in the money. The opportunity for advancement isn't abundant also.
