A really fantastic place to work

Pros

Excellent work atmosphere, very little drama and a lot of get-down-to-business type of people. Also, excellent company culture and lots of active clubs to get involved with. Work-life balance is strongly encouraged.

Cons

You might get paid more elsewhere as it is a non-profit but the trade of for working in such a fantastic environment is worth it. Generally people stay at the company for a long time so if you want to "move up the ladder quickly" this might not be the place for you.
