Current PTO policy needs to be taken into consideration.

Thank you for the positive comments about our unique culture, that's certainly one of the reasons that I have stayed with Pragmatics over the past 15 years. As for the PTO policy, you should be happy to know, that starting January 1, 2017, we will change our PTO policy to increase accrued leave for all employees. I announced this and other positive benefit changes to the company on October 31st.
