Pros

A hard worker will be recognized by management for promotion. Competitive corporate training and benefits. We still have formal Christmas parties and annual cookouts. They seem to always search for better ways to support their employees.

Cons

Depending on which contract or section you work for, you may become distant from the corporate dealings or atmosphere.

Thank you for your positive comments regarding your position and the recognition you have received as an employee. It can definitely be a challenge working at a remote location on a small team, and it’s especially difficult when you have a demanding job that keeps you constantly engaged or work on a project where the rest of your team is remote. To help address this issue, we have set up communities of interest (COIs) within the company for a number of technologies and are making changes to have our corporate events as inclusive as practicable.

Challenging work and mostly good co-workers.

Cons

Limited work at the time so there was no opportunity when contract ended.

As a company, we never want to let any of our talented employees go. For the most part, we have been successful in reassigning our staff as they transition between customer and internal projects. Unfortunately, in some cases we are not able to find a good match. I encourage you to continue to keep in touch and if the right opportunity presents itself, consider returning.

Good, Family Feel Company

Great people, family feel and fiscally responsible with many different contracts.

Cons

When I left there were some growing pains but i assume they are worked out now!

We appreciate your positive comments. We also feel that our employees, family feel, and diverse set of customers are some of the great strengths of our company. We are constantly looking to grow and improve ourselves, implementing changes, and responding to challenges and opportunities within our customer’s environment. This results in growing pains and adjustments that overtime have made us stronger.
