Pros

Pragmatics just purchased a new building with lots of room for growth. It's a considerable small/mid-size company so you’re expected to wear many different hats. You will learn and develop fast because of the limited resources and skills. You are expected to assume roles and responsibilities to support the task or project. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The work atmosphere is business causal dress and if you work at the Pragmatics location you can wear jeans on Fridays.

Cons

Senior managers are old and seem out of touch with current technologies. Also, you don't get to choose your project. Most of the projects aren’t appealing.

Pragmatics seems to care about employees and strives to hire and retain talented people. Stock options are shared throughout the company and not just given to managment.

Cons

Company is still growing so eventually there should be more contracts. Most work is off at client sites, so not too many Pragmatics employees actually know or work with each other.
