      Pros

      Mostly great people who care about each other.

      Cons

      The entire executive team. some of the new execs are little more than bullies who are out for themselves and use the company's resources to further their own careers and agenda. They no longer see their employees as human beings and instead treat the majority like cattle.

      The benefits are great. Everyone is so friendly. Your coworkers are usually very easy to get along with. My department is really flexible with my hours so I have great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some departments are short-staffed and have lower morale than others.
