      Great vacation and sick time packages. Insurance deductibles are low and affordable.

      Pros

      Pay is ok. I've never been paid so much to do this job but there is a reason for that.

      Cons

      Always understaffed. All the different departments do not work well together. The hospital has to hire locums often. Long hours and poor shift times.
