The WLB is top priority and it shows, I have ether been very lucky or form what I have seen the people within the company are some of the most talented and friendly I have woked with.

Cons

can be a up hill struggle to gain any momentum with projects - Red Tape can take its tole. The salary is one of the lowest in the sector
