      Pros

      Holliday Parties, Happy Hours, Quarterly Massages are just some of the perks of working at Praxis. On top of that they promote a great work life balance, flex time, as well as lots of paid time off, and 2 bad weather days a year. Besides that the have a large number of projects that you can choose to work on, and you are not stuck on a project just because your direct manager isn't in charge of certain contracts. And they aren't laying people off because of the clowns in congress, they are actually hiring. No they didnt pay me to write this, I just switched from a large defense company where I really just felt like amoney vehicle, and you don't get that feeling at Praxis. Everyone even the CEO knows your name once you start

      I have not yet had a problem while working here and if there was, management works quickly to resolve them.

      Pros

      The top management of Praxis are its owners. They care about their company and they care about their employees. They appreciate us and they show it! It feels like a family, and as we continue to prosper and grow, it just feels like a bigger and better family. I'm encouraged to learn and grow in my job. We have access to all the best technology to assist us, including a great IT group to keep us going.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at this time. I enjoy the work I do, work in a very comfortable office, and I'm surrounded with friendly and helpful co-workers.

      Pros

      Praxis is committed to excellence and core values. There is a genuine sense of wanting everyone (customers and team members) to succeed. Communication is outstanding! There is opportunity for professional growth, continuing education, work-life balance. In fact, all of these values are encouraged.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say based on my experience. I have never felt pushed or compelled to take a position on a contract just for the sake of billability. This consideration means a lot, and opens the door for better cooperation and mutual respect.
