      Always growing, yet keeping that small company feel!

      Pros

      Praxis has a great reputation, is constantly growing, has never laid anyone off due to lack of work (in 12 years). Employees are treated like family, with lots of fun annual levents. Owners are wise, humble, and innovative.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. Some smaller companies pay more, perhaps, but they cannot offer the longevity or stability that Praxis provides. I plan to retire from Praxis in 20 years!

      Pros

      I have worked for Praxis since its inception. I have found the owners to be compassionate and caring individuals with a high level of integrity. They look out for the best interest of their employees and balance that with fiscal responsibility. They are flexible and supportive. They encourage employees to learn new skills. They pay for training and tuition. The benefits are great and the company culture is even better. You couldn't ask for a better place to work.
